Down Alternative Duvet Inserts

This is the closest thing to a down duvet that I have found in many years of looking. It is truly light like a cloud. It is also well made. It is easy to attach to a duvet cover and stays well anchored as you sleep under the cover and duvet combination. It comes with a duvet storage bag which is very handy when you want to put away the duvet for the summer. The other nice thing about this duvet is that it is designed to be easily washable; that's something I appreciate since many synthetic duvets are hard to wash. I am taking one star off because the all season seemed a bit light in terms of warmth. Almost wish I'd gotten the heavier weight but judging from other comments this may be a personal taste thing.

I purchased the year round comforters and they are perfectly cozy for the East Coast winter temps in the teens to 20's at nighttime. No need for extra blankets and superior loft. Easy to fold up in the mornings so the bedroom appears presentable. Very pleased with these comforters and expect them to last for years!

This is my second Room & Board hypoallergenic duvet. Perfectly fluffy, great quality, not too hot, just right.

You read that right. I've had the queen lightweight down alternative insert for 17 years and it's still in great shape. I used it exclusively on my queen bed for 10 years before I upgraded to a king. It's still in active use on my guest bed and it's been through the laundry at least annually since I bought it. This is seriously a robustly made duvet and extremely cozy. And none of the filling has slipped into neighboring boxes either! And in case you doubt me, I even checked the product number on my duvet against the product number on the website. It is the same queen duvet product number.

If you are looking for something that has the sensation of down but need to avoid feathers this is a perfect duvet insert. It doesn't have the heavy weight like many synthetic inserts. We purchased this for year round use in San Diego.

Perfect lightweight duvet insert that works for all weather. Great standard option to use standalone or with a duvet cover. Fantastic quality was with all Room & Board products

My duvert insert went into a duvery cover immediately but it seemed good. The tie-ons in the corners are good. The lightweight keeps pretty warm in the summer so I wouldn't recommend going warmer.

This light weight duvet insert is perfect for the hot summer months. It has all the comfy fluff of down without the heat. Highly recommend!

Just the right weight for Florida weather

Couldn't ask for a better duvet insert. Weight is perfect for our room environment. Also love that it fits perfectly inside our Room & Board duvet cover.
