Comments about Chapman Queen Bed
Love the mix of metal and fabric. Thanks to KD, Seattle designer, for helping me select the perfect bed frame. I never would have been able to design my bedroom without the help of KD. The bed looks awesome!
Professional and courteous crew. They set up my frame snd then placed the mattress on the frame. I appreciate that the crew removed the packing materials. They are respectful of my home.

Waited too long to buy!
Comments about Chapman King Bed
After 40 years of marriage and sharing a queen bed, my husband and I finally bought a king size bed and chose the Chapman with the summer ivory fabric. Our dog loves it too as she sleeps under the bed and the Chapman bed offered great floor clearance. Love the style, it's simple lines, and it's sturdy. We also purchased the bed platforms for better mattress support. Very happy with it!
The delivery team was professional, removed their shoes and made sure we were happy with the placement of the bed frame in the room. Bonus… our new mattress was delivered just prior to putting the bed together and the guys unwrapped that and placed it on the bed for us. They hauled away all the cardboard and wrapping.

Comments about Chapman Queen Bed
We ordered this bed without seeing it in person . Not only is it beautiful, but well made. Though it looks modern, this bed can be styled for many different styles. We love this bed and highly recommend.
Room and Board delivery was exemplary. Between the emails and texts as well as phone calls, I felt valued as a customer. The delivery men came in, professional, set up the bed, answered my questions and cleaned up all packing materials. Wish all delivery workers were that good.

Great!
Comments about Chapman Queen Bed
Super great bed! I ordered this bed in September and received it in October. I've had it about a month now and have no negative thoughts. It's super sturdy and very minimalistic/modern looking. I purchased it without seeing it in person and think it was well represented online. The color of the fabric is well matched to what I saw online. When it was delivered, I really appreciated that the delivery personnel pointed out that one of the bed frames had a scratch and that's why I dropped a star. It wasn't enough for me to want to get a replacement. If I had to do it again, I would totally purchase it again. #sweepstakes
The delivery was great! The personnel were friendly and professional and set everything up so quickly. I received communication about delivery day the day of delivery and even received a call/message with an estimated time of arrival (which I found to be very helpful). They came in with gloves and shoe coverings (which I appreciated because the day was grey, wet, and gloomy). The set up for the bed looked simple enough and I was impressed there was no need for screws or hardware.

The bed is better than we hoped. Very sturdy and well made.
We've ordered many times from Room and Board and service and delivery is one of the main reasons. Driver and installer above and beyond friendly and helpful.
