Down Alternative Pillow Inserts

First, I love that Room and Board sells inserts for their decorative pillows. The pillows are made well, clean nicely and last, and the inserts are a kind of testament to the fact that these are made to keep. Our original pillows had down inserts and over time there were feathers coming out everywhere making a mess. These down alternative inserts work well as replacements. They fit perfectly. The feel and the look are not the same as down - they are perkier and don't do the lovely natural slouch that down pillows do. But I'm happy to have them since I didn't want to deal with the feathers anymore. These larger pillow inserts are notably different from down in their texture and feel.

Great alternative to down with nice volume and feel

High quality soft yet supportive pillow insert breathes new life into our couch cushions, like brand new!

I really like my pillow I bought but my thought is since the pillow covering does not come with the filling. Make sure you get is what you want. One is a down filling I'm allergric to feathers. The other is alternative. I got the feather one so should the person who sold it to me mention that or should I the customer know that the filling could be feathers. I had no idea it could be. I had to exhange the filling but they made it extremely easy.

Everything here is exceptional quality, down to the smallest room accents.

Usually prefer alternative down, but they were so fluffy-no compression. Went with down filled. Worried they'd be too "crunchy," but with thick velvet covers, right amount of comfort & more malleable.

I bought 2 of the down alternative 20w 20h throw pillow inserts. What I love about this pillow is that it has structure but yet is very comfortable against my back and my head when I lie down. I'm really glad I purchased these inserts. #sweepstakes

These pillows are fluffy yet supporting. Far better than anything we've used before. We did alternative due to allergies and ethics. Highly recommend.

This Down Alternative 20w 13h Throw Pillow Insert exceeded my expectations! It has the perfect balance of softness and fullness, making it incredibly comfortable. The sizing is spot-on for my needs, and the quality feels premium without the premium price tag. If you're looking for a pillow insert that maintains its shape while providing cloud-like comfort, this is definitely the one to get. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to upgrade their throw pillows or replace old inserts!
