York

We already knew we loved the York Chair as we own the stationary version. We decided to go for a swivel as well. Needless to say it is the most versatile chair. It's big and comfortable enough to lounge in; small and supportive enough to do work in or have a conversation. The swivel is flawless. Great chair and great fabric.

The York chair has the perfect proportions for a reading chair.

We purchased a York Custom sectional sofa with the chaise, corner unit and an armless chair to fit our media room configuration, and we are absolutely thrilled with it! When we experienced an issue with the armless chair having puckered/wrinkled fabric in the back (very visible and first thing seen as you entered the room) that wouldn't relax and flatten out, we worked with the customer experience team to exchange the chair with one that was perfect. We couldn't be happier with the entire seamless experience and love our York sectional for its clean lines, comfort and great quality.

Our couch is perfect. Very durable and beautiful. The customer service was outstanding when we purchased a piece that ended up being too large for our room.

We purchased the York sectional for our media room, and it was customized to have the chaise on one end with an open arm chair on the opposite end. The couch is well-constructed, extremely comfortable, and super stylish! The arm chair had a tear on delivery, and customer service immediately arranged for a replacement which arrived very promptly. We are so happy with every aspect of our experience with Room & Board - purchase, delivery, re-delivery and set-up.

The design service assistance provided by Room and Board offered assurance in the decision to purchase the York Chair. The virtual tool to view the chair in our space was especially helpful - fabric, dimensions, style. The chair blends beautifully into the space, offers comfort for reading, lounging, sitting. Well designed, well made, well suited for its new home.

These chairs are amazing, and so soft. The material is amazing, and we could not be happier. Exceeded our expectations. They serve two purposes. They are the most comfortable chairs in our house, so we love sitting on them, and they make our room look so much better.

Excellent Arm chair. So many fabric choices to choose from, looks great in my living room

Purchased 87" sofa and matching swivel chair in Hines Oatmeal. Hines Oatmeal fabric is perfect for Florida. Considered a sectional sofa but chair and 87" sofa work better for the space. The chair swivels 360 which is great for seeing everything happening in the room. The chair is very wide so added pillows inside each arm.

Based on the shape of our room, we wanted a longer sectional on one side vs. the other, and this piece was perfect for that purpose. We are really enjoying our sectional in our basement game/TV room as everyone in the family has plenty of space to spread out!
