Incorrect hardware & assembly issues, otherwise good
Comments about Tyne 40w 40d 17h Square Bench
The frame itself and cushioned top are good quality and value, but the wrong connecting hardware seems to have been packaged with the item, and Room & Board did not provide the delivery team with any online or printed assembly instructions that would have assisted them in noticing the error. (Most products have online instructions.)
The as-assembled product therefore had an upside-down base and pointed hardware protruding from the side, which is a safety risk to children and pets.
Fortunately, I caught the errors myself and fixed the ottoman once R&B sent me the appropriate hardware. Room & Board should improve their packaging and internal training materials for this product.

Exceptional quality of materials and build. This piece appears to have generational durability. I'd rate this 69 stars if I could but 5/5 is the highest allowed.
