Excellent Customer Service and Communication
Comments about Vienna 149x112" Four-Piece Sectional with Left-Arm Chaise
This sectional is wonderful - very comfortable and is perfect in our sunroom. Love the numerous color options and flexibility to configure different sections to fit our space.

Shipping and delivery were very timely (~2 months from placing order to delivery of custom order), and they even assembled the sectional for us.
I did make a mistake and accidentally ordered a size of one section that was too big for our space, but Room and Board was super flexible with me returning the too-big-section and replacing it with a section that was more appropriately sized (cost for the too-big-section was fully refunded, and I had to pay for the new section).
I've had bad experiences with the customer service with other furniture companies being uncommunicative, and so I'm very impressed with how easy it was to work with Room and Board's customer service to get this situation sorted out quickly and no hassles

Comments about Vienna 112x112" Three-Piece Sectional
We were attracted to the Vienna in Tatum fabric in the store and didn't find anything that could shake that feeling. Great comfort and quality, can't believe how comfortable it is while watching movies or taking a nap.
Great delivery, set up, tutorial on how to adjust the position and lock the pieces together. Very helpful and gave us confidence if we feel the need to move in the room.

I love it
Comments about Vienna 112x112" Three-Piece Sectional
Got the couch about a month ago. Had to fit very specific measurements for a narrow living room. Love the tight back look as it looks neater. We had the R&B Reese before this, which was firmer and more formal. This one is still firm but not as firm, so comfier and less formal looking. Tatum clay color is great.
Stellar delivery service

beautiful and well-made sectional sofa
Comments about Vienna 112x112" Three-Piece Sectional
This is a beautiful and well-made sectional sofa. The material and wood are solid. Even the fittings for connecting the sections are better and stronger than our previous (C&B) sofa. I love the material and the height and depth of the seats. The stronger frame and design allows for easy clean up and dusting under the couch.
Delivery was immaculate and the delivery personal were friendly and helpful.

Sleek modern design
Comments about Vienna 112x112" Three-Piece Sectional
We found this couch by working with a design associate at our local store and loved the streamlined look of the back and the exposed wooden legs. The couch is comfortable for our while family of different heights, including our kids. We've had it for just a month but it seems well made and high quality.
The delivery experience was amazing and the two men helped carefully arrange my rug pad and rug first before aligning be couch just the way I wanted it.
