Lovely sofa that encourages conversation
Comments about York Corner
Great L-shaped sofa and fabric that fit into my small house. Room and Board was the only retailer to offer a smaller L-shaped sofa that allows for comfortable entertaining with my limited space. Cushions are firm enough to hold shape but soft enough to be comfortable.
Delivered on time and assembled quickly with a professional staff.

Love my New York sofa!!!
Comments about York 105" Sofa with Left-Arm Chaise
The sofa is just perfectfor my new apartment as I transitioned from my house, after selling it , to my new apartment. The color is a subtle blend., with the color on the walls, and it was a complete compliment to my Persian rugs.!! not to mention the performance fabric saves me from any pet accidents!
The delivery guys took great care to be sure that everything was wrapped and protected. Each item was delivered and set up and they showed me how everything worked. I couldn't be happier.!

Love the Quality for the Price!
Comments about York 98" Sofa with Reversible Chaise
We love our York 98" Sofa with Reversible Chaise! The quality for the price is amazing considering the high cost of just about everything today! The comfort and quality of the craftsmanship and fabric is wonderful. We also enjoy the flexibility of the reversible chaise. We have bought several other Room&Board items and are very happy with those as well. We are planning on buying more items in the future!
Our delivery was great! The people delivering our products were very professional. They were thorough and very careful when bringing our items into our home!

Not as expected
Comments about York Right-Arm Chaise
The sectional is functional, comfortable and the construction is solid. However, the upholstery workmanship is poorly done. There is a seam on the (R) side chaise cushion near the back of the sofa that is very noticeable. For the purchase price we expected better craftsmanship.
Merchant Response
We're sorry for this disappointing experience. Nearly all of our chaise options will have a seam because fabric width is only 54". If a chaise is longer than say 52", there will be a seam. We can't turn the fabric to run the longer way as then it will be opposite the rest of the upholstery on your sofa and will be noticeably different. We try to place the seam at the back of the cushion so that the back cushion covers the seam.
Delivery service is always superb!!

Love my York sectional
Comments about York 93x93" Three-Piece Sectional
We have had the York wedge sectional for a few months and love it! I looked everywhere for a sectional and tested different fabrics as we have 2 cats. The York is so comfortable, beautiful and high quality. It's a great combination of a modern but still classic style. It's cozy for tv watching and the slightly higher seat is great for the knees and back. The myers slate fabric is soft and cozy and pet friendly. No problems w feathers poking through. Highly recommend this sectional.
Excellent delivery

Comments about York 58" Left-Arm Sofa
The York is comfortable, easy to get out of, and sturdy enough that it is going to last our family of 5 (plus a dog) a long time. We are thrilled, it was money well spent and it looks fantastic!
The delivery team was top notch! Communicative, efficient and took good care in setting up our sofa.

Comments about York 68" Right-Arm Sofa
I bought my first York sectional in 2000. Loved it so much that I recently bought a new one that is slightly larger and my daughter happily took the old one!
Excellent delivery service.
