Fia

A beautiful, comfortable sofa. The only con is that even after immediately spot cleaning, the sofa holds large stain rings. I followed the care instructions from Room and Board and while stains are lifted, you are left with evidence of a spot cleaning. Seems like the sofa would be better fit for a formal sitting room vs daily lounging in a living room.

We bought a new home with a unique mid century flair. So unique, we sold all our old furniture so we could buy new stuff to compliment the home. We don't like lots of cushions that can become uneven, so the Fia was perfect. We love a firmer seat and a sofa that keeps its shape. Plus our English cream golden retriever blends right in!

After shopping around and sitting on a plethora of couches, I settled on the Fia. Room & Board's quality and finish is unparalleled in their class, so I, of course, had high expectations. Since I was in a hurry, I went with "in stock" fabrics, and chose the charcoal fabric color. The appearance of the couch is quite modern but also places well in my historic home. The sofa is incredible spacious and the modular contemporary design with low armrests, substantially supportive low profile cushions give the sofa a sleek but welcoming appearance. I opted for the chaise section which is more than accommodating for several people to lounge on at once. The height is on the lower side, so if you struggle to get up from low profile seating or have elderly housemates, this might not be the best option. However it is not an issue for me or anyone in my household. This is one of the best seating options you can find in this range and Room & Board's service is top notch, as always.

A sofa that is as comfortable as it is beautiful! Seats don't sink and offers great back support. Purchased in Tepic Charcoal, which is a fabulous fabric (and is kid-friendly) that goes well with different throw blankets and/or accent pillows (bold or neutral). #sweepstakes
