Parsons Leg

This is the 4th Parsons desk I have purchased from R&B. I appreciate it's clean good looks and it functions perfectly.

Attractive, clean lines in this moderately priced table

I bought this table to function as a desk - but wanted something that could be potentially used for other things like a small eating space, or a sewing table, project surface etc. I wanted a beautiful wood top that was also practical. The cherry wood is gorgeous, and treated with a sealant so it is easy to clean. It's a solid table with simple, timeless design. I couldn't be happier.

This table works great as a basic desk. The top is solid, the color is lovely, and there is no protruding hardware underneath the desk top. This last is important for me, since I tend to sit with my legs tucked up under myself in various contortions, and other desks continuously bruise my legs. I'm very pleased with this desk.

I had been looking for a dining table that would fit the dining space in my remodeled kitchen. I loved the fact that I was able to customize the size for this table to fit my space and it was modern and streamlined.

We purchased this piece to be used as a desk since we are working from home. It is beautifully finished and well made. We expect that we will enjoy it for many years. I am using the table in the kitchen for extra work space and as a place to store all the dog accoutrements. I got the cherry top and it blends in perfectly with the kitchen cabinets and walls. The table is very well made and very sturdy. The design is gorgeous! I highly recommend this table!

I actually bought this table to use as my desk, as it's nice and long and deep. I wanted a sturdy piece of furniture to which I could attach an under-the-desk keyboard tray plus two serious monitor stands. This desk is the best purchase I've made in a very long time. It's beautiful and there wasn't a lot of hardware underneath that interfered with my keyboard tray track. Plus there is lots of room for all of my peripherals.

Overall, I'm very pleased with this product. It is an extremely sturdy desk that was easy to assemble. I live in an old house with narrow stairs and hallways, so I found this ideal for having a full sized desk that I could easily get up the stairs. This desk is deep enough that I have plenty of room for a monitor and keyboard, but not so wide I can't fit it in a small corner. I read some reviews which mentioned wooden supports underneath. It looks like they changed the design so that there's now a pair of unobtrusive metal supports. I was worried that with the legs being screwed on, it might be wobbly, but as I said before, it's proven to be extremely sturdy so far. I expect this desk to last me for quite some time. #sweepstakes
