The heather color is much lighter in person, almost off-white, and since the rug is going in a high traffic area it didn't work for me. I ended up exchanging it for the foxhound color which also looks different in person (I was expecting a taupey beige but it's way more grey). Despite being surprised twice by color discrepancies I do like the rug and would recommend it. The texture is lovely and it seems like it will hold up well. #sweepstakes

It has been a blessing to have the two runners right now because of the cold weather! I don't have to walk on a cold floor...

This is my second one. I just love it!

Well made, neutral design. I returned it because the color was much too light and not what was depicted in the description and we wanted it for a high traffic area. We also decided it was too short for what we were looking for.

I had originally purchased for the main living room but loved it so much, I also purchased for the dining area and master bedroom as well. The neutral color brightened up the room against my walnut hardwood floors. The herringbone pattern is subtle but classy. Love that it's not too thick of a rug and hardly sheds. So happy when they came out with the new runner size since it was more expensive to customize. I had to order it as well for my front double door entrance!

This is a very nice quality wool runner, especially for the price. I can't comment on long-term durability because I've only had it for a few weeks, but I have had no problems with shedding or pilling and it lies flat. The ends curled up a little bit at first, but I think that was just because it had been rolled up. There is a subtle chevron pattern and the color is is a nice neutral / off-white. It looks lighter in-person than as pictured on Room & Board's website, but that wasn't an issue for me. It is a flatweave wool so I think it will be durable, and it does not compete with the busy rug in an adjacent room, but still dressy enough to use in the main entryway. Very happy with my purchase.
